1. Definitions

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this Agreement:

• "Agreement" — These Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference.
• "Service" — The online learning programmes, website content, mentorship sessions, community access, and related materials provided by Loopwright.
• "We / Us / Our" — Loopwright, located at 65 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand.
• "You / User" — Any individual who visits our website, creates an account, or enrolls in a programme.
• "Content" — All materials available through the Service, including lessons, assignments, videos, written guides, code samples, and community posts.
• "Programme" — Any individual course or mentorship offering made available through our Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Programme, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service or enroll in any Programme.

3. Service Description

Loopwright provides online learning programmes in the field of AI development and coding. Our current offerings include:

• AI & Coding Basics — Foundation Course: A beginner-level programme covering core coding skills and introductory AI concepts (฿4,000).
• Time Series & Forecasting — Project Track: A hands-on programme for building and refining forecasting models (฿16,200).
• Build-and-Iterate Mentorship Program: An extended mentorship-led programme with regular feedback sessions (฿30,500).

Programme availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any offering with reasonable notice. Geographic restrictions may apply based on local regulatory requirements.

Access to Programmes is provided online and requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device.

4. User Accounts

Access to certain parts of our Service requires registration. When creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
• Not share your account with others or allow third parties to use your enrollment access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain inaccurate information, or are used in a manner inconsistent with our policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Service in a respectful and constructive manner. The following activities are prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling any Programme content without prior written permission.
• Using automated tools to access, scrape, or copy content from the Service.
• Submitting work that is not your own in any assessed or mentored activity.
• Engaging in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other learners or staff.
• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Thai law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or associated systems.

We expect all learners to maintain academic integrity. Work submitted for review or feedback should reflect your own understanding and effort.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content available through our Service — including lesson materials, code examples, assignments, videos, guides, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Loopwright and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment in a Programme, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the relevant Content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content to third parties.
• Use Content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Content.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on Content.

Work you create independently as part of programme exercises remains your own. Feedback and comments provided by mentors do not transfer intellectual property rights in either direction.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Access to Programme materials is provided upon successful payment confirmation. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund period of 7 days from the date of enrollment, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the Programme content. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within this window. Refunds are not available for Programmes where significant content has been accessed or where mentorship sessions have commenced.

We reserve the right to update pricing. Changes to pricing will not affect enrollments that have already been completed.

8. Course-Specific Terms

Enrollment

Enrollment grants you personal access to Programme materials for the duration specified at checkout. Access may be time-limited or subject to completion milestones depending on the Programme.

Completion

Completion of a Programme is at your own pace within any stated access window. We do not guarantee completion within a specific timeframe, nor do we guarantee any particular outcome as a result of completion.

Mentorship Sessions

For Programmes that include mentorship, sessions must be scheduled within the active program period. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled. Mentors provide feedback and guidance; they do not provide professional legal, financial, or vocational advice.

Academic Integrity

Learners are expected to complete all work honestly and independently unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. Misrepresentation of work may result in removal from a Programme without refund.

9. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• Any particular learning outcome, employment outcome, or skill level will be achieved.
• Content is free from inaccuracies or will remain current indefinitely.

Nothing in our materials constitutes professional advice in any regulated field. Learners should seek qualified professionals for legal, financial, medical, or other regulated guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Loopwright and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, infrastructure failures, or third-party service disruptions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loopwright and its team members from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This obligation survives termination of your use of the Service.

12. Termination

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. Requests for account deletion should be directed to [email protected]. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the refund window described in Section 7.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct detrimental to other users or the Service, or for operational reasons with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your licence to access Programme content ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimer, and limitation of liability sections) shall continue to apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Civil and Commercial Code and the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 where applicable.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province, Thailand.

Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] before initiating any formal proceedings. We will make a genuine effort to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a written description of the issue.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may refer the matter to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing court proceedings.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loopwright regarding your use of the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a business transfer or restructuring.
• Notices: Notices from you to us should be sent to [email protected]. Notices from us to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or our Service. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled users by email.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
